Create a Floating/Always ON-TOP Stopwatch to Log Consultant time.

Project time spent would be easier to track if there was a "Stopwatch",
preferably located on the task bar, or a Floating/Always On-Top Mini-Window
which was a Stopwatch, and also a LOG with Cummulative time. Facilitates
billing and amount of time invested into a Microsoft Office project(s). This
could possibly be a WINDOWS XP function as well under Accessories.
