Create a history of activity by date on a specific file?

I need to include a "history of activity" for a specific record? This record
will show each time a external document has been edited, updated, reviewed,
etc. I need to be able to show several activity dates for the same Access
record. Has anyone done this? Can you please share with me?

I believe you are trying to do an audit trail. Search previous posts for
the words "audit trail" and you should find plenty of help. You might also
look at previous posts on "timestamp".
