create a list box with options from another list

How do I create a list box that will also give me another list of options to
choose from? (lFor example, if I had a list box of colors red, blue, green
and I chose green, which then would give me another list of light or dark)

Do you have tables that identify the options? There are code samples that
explain how to cascade combo boxes like the one found at
