Create a looping select query in MS Access

I am used to using SQL server to do queries and creating cursors and then fetching the results
Now I have a task where I need to do something similar to this in MS Access. My question is will Access recognise a cursor and fetch statement in a query or not? If not is there any alternative to this
Any information would greatly be appreciated!
