Create a mailing list by outlook category

Hi

I usually sort my contacts by project by assigning a three letter name to
the category field - signifying the project.

Is it possible to create a mailing list of all contacts in a category?

This would be usefull, because I regularly send emails to the project team
and it would simplify the process of creating a mailing list.

There's no need. Display your contacts in the By Category view, select the
category, and click Actions>New Message to Contact.
