Create a menu bar on a form in Access 2007?

I'm trying to figure out how to create a custom menu bar within a form using
VBA Access 2007, anyone have the answer?

This functionality has been removed from Access 2007 !!
Microsoft is suggesting that you use the Ribbon Interface instead...

( But I think that Ribbons may be fine for SOME interface designs,
but they are lacking some functionality whe had with custom menu bars
/ commandbars e.g. to have some ALWAYS visible information on screen )
