create a multiple choice self scoring quiz

I want to build a web based curriculum for a public high school english
course. I would like a quiz for each day that has about ten questions,
multiple choice, and that the student can get immediate feedback on.

On the last day of the lesson block, I'd like to make the quiz slightly
different, in that they don't get immediate feedback, and have to commit to
their answers for a test score.

I would be willing to work with any office product, and I would prefer to
use an existing template.

I'm currently using Office professional 2003 for academic use.

InfoPath might be a solution, but it requires intensive server-side
programming also

Is InFopath an addon, or something I could have installed with office pro? I
have to at least know if the product is something I can use by Monday, so I
don't have a lot of time for a steep learning curve.

Visit www.google.com
In the search bar, type "electronic flashcards"
Select the product that best suits your needs.
