Create a new project in Project 2003 is disabled/grey-ed

Hi Guys,

This is my first post in this forum, and currently I am facing
problem with my project pro 2003.

My project pro 2003 is connected to project server 2003 for EP
purposes, it is not yet activated and I can't create a new project pla
as you can see from link below

Does your group/User have new project permission in Project Server?
