Create a new Project in Project Server without using Pro?

Hi All,

Ive worked through using PDS, the CreateProject method, to stumble at
the last hurdle. (well, maybe not the last, but...)

Only just noticed in the documentation :
"If the default version of the requested ProjectName does not already
exist, then the PDS returns an error".
So i get Error code 1009, rsProjectIDInvalid.

Ummm, is there a way of programmatically creating a default version of
a Project?

ps. I'm trying to do this from a web page using .NET or ASP (to
integrate with an in-house system) , but can do a COM object if
neccessary.
