Create a new Visio page from an existing one

Is there a way to duplicate an existing page? Like in
excel when you drag the page with the Ctrl key held? or
even a right click copy page?

under v2003 the edit copy function is a 'copy drawing'
which can then either be pasted into a new page or another
document.
