create a pdf using an infopath form

i have an order form that is in InfoPath. the user fills out the form,
clicks a button and it e-mails to the people that need the info. But the
form is editable once it is received. Is there a way to make it uneditable
after it's received or send it as a pdf.

you can make the forms Read only based on the User roles

Also there is one other option. Making the forms read only with the Down
Level tool
By using the Downlevel tool, form designers can convert their existing forms
into HTML so that users may view the data that the form contains using a
standard Web browser such as Internet Explorer.
