Yes, you can create enterprise projects using an enteprise project template
stored in the Project Server database. To save a project file as an
enterprise template, do the following:
1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server
2. Create or open the project file
3. Click File - Save As
4. Set the Type as Template
6. Click the Save button
To create a new project from an enterprise template, do the following:
1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server
2. Click File - New
3. Click the On My Computer link in the sidepane on the left
4. Select the Enterprise Templates tab
5. Select the template and click the OK button
