Create a "reply with form" option

Part of my job is customer service. I'm always happy to help. But every day
I spend a fair amount of time answering the same customer questions (where's
my order, how can I place a new order online, what is my username/password,
etc.). I can't set up a rule or use auto-reply, because I have to customize
the message with customer information.

Instead, I plug the information into one of the form emails that I have set
up for these kinds of requests. However, using a form email means I have to
either cut and paste the form email contents into the reply or I have to cut
and paste the person's email address into the form response.

It would be nice if I could right click and choose "reply with form" and
have the text from a form automatically inserted into the reply.

You can use AutoText for this when you have Word set as your e-mail editor.

Also take a look at the following add-in;

If you decide to order use "4PM76A8" to get a discount

Robert,
Thanks so much for the link and info. Just goes to show you, most of us,
without training, only use 5-10% of a program's functions. I've been using
Outlook for years, and never once saw this. Great info. Again your help is
appreciated.
