Create a rule from an IP Address

My website has a form, so the emails always come from the same ip address.
Unfortunately, people can specify their own subject line, and the "from"
email address is the customer's. Can I filter by ip address? Right now, I
have customer requests ending up in junk mail.

What part of it is confusing to you? It's hard to give you step by step
directions if you do not provide any configuration details or tell us where
you get stuck. The more info you provide, the more direct we can answer.

Include at least;
-your version of Outlook (Help-> About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
-any errors in their exact wording as they are presented to you.

As the OP already mentioned the term "creating a rule" one can assume that
he/she knows how to do that. In this case a simple hint would suffice to get
the OP further.

Since it is hard to guess which type of user the OP is, as both beginning
users as experience support personnel come to the newsgroup, it is also hard
to guess which level of detail is required. Providing a step-by-step
solution to an experienced user could then be condescending. Looking at the
terms used in a post (create a rule) and the user's scenario (web-form-> OP
is a web dev?) are indications that the OP knows it's way around a computer
and Outlook. This method works most often but of course isn't fail safe and
in that case the OP can ask for more info; you don't have to do that for the
OP. If you want to append my posts; feel free to do so. If you need to have
the step-by-step solution; don't be ashamed to ask. Either way; don't try
start a flame war in a support newsgroup.

There was no "part" to confuse. All you gave the OP was a simple
sentence saying that a rule could be created using header info.

I thought that was quite an incomplete answer as it gave absolutely no
direction.

It gave all the direction needed. Obviously, if he said "rule", then the
"Rules and Alerts" wizard would be appropriate and, once you start looking
there, using the fact that he said "header", anyone who can read would see
that there is a condition for testing the contents of a header. Perhaps
you're too lazy to do the work for yourself and need to be spoon-fed.

I never said you did. So you're just a person who likes to jump into a
thread in which you don't have a part and insult people for no reason.

Anyway, Robert has already fully answered the question "Can I filter by
ip address?" -> Yes, you can filter anything that is in the headers.

It's the site that times out; my Adobe Reader 9.0 works just fine.

Maybe they are blocking foreign IP addresses access, as some US sites
do? Since I am in Japan, I may not be trustworthy...
