create a sales-order form in Frontpage

How do you create a "sales-order form" in Frontpage if you don't use a
shopping cart? I only have a few item-numbers (about 10). I want to allow
customers to select the item numbers that they want on the prtoducts page and
have that info to auto-fill the sales order page. They can then input the
quantities along with their shipping info. The form would then tabulate the
total costs, allow for confirmation, and then accept their credit card number
that would be intercepted by whatever merchant account processor I use. The
final form would then be emailed to my sales inbox.

I know that this is a bit involving for a novice. I also know that this is
common-place for everyday Website functionality. I'm sure I can carry-out the
instructions if they are documented somewhere.

Can anyone point me in the right directions? Is there an "eCommerce Website
Design for Dummies" Book in print?

For only 10 items Paypal would be a good way to do this.

Use paypal.....it provides the code that links to the paypal site where it
securely processes C/card payments or the user using their PP account to
transfer the funds; you display your products in a normal web page (eg in a
HTML table, with a description and perhaps a photo of each product, and copy
/paste the code for the "Buy Now" buttons which links each product to the PP
website for processing the payment.
