Create a search module

Dear Sirs,

I would like to create an add-in where by I would be able to add a
search button on Outlook.
After this search button is click a popup window would appear similar to the
advanced search in outlook, this new search window would enable to user to
search only a specific public folder which is indexed using the exchange
full text indexing feature. Therefore this window will enable the user to
search using the created index a specific public folder.

Please guide me as how could I create search the public folder using the
index and populating the result in a list enabling the user to click on the
results and read that mail item.
