Create a simogram in Excel using rectangles

I want to create a simogram using XL2003. I have grouped 2 tangent
rectangles together, one on top of the other. I need a macro that when
invoked will:
1. Allow me to set and display the rectangle width in the top
rectangle.
2. Put a name in the bottom rectangle.

Is this possible?
