Create a table from find duplicates query results

I have a table of names and addresses we are using for a mass mailing.
However there are multiple individuals in this table that have the same
address and we want to mail one per household.

So I have run a find duplicates query to show each address 1 time. Once
that query runs how can I create a table of the results?

And if there is an easier way to do this I am open to that as well.
