Create a tracking system of inventory through publisher

Hi I Wanted to know as to how I could create a system to track inventory
thorugh publisher.For instance when an employee is provided with a piece of
equipment from the inventory, a checkbox should not be available anymore.

Why do you want to bring Publisher into the process? (I'd rather keep it
simple - just use Access.)

I agree with JoAnn. Unless you've left out some part of the problem or I
haven't understood what you're saying, there is no reason to incorporate
Publisher here.
