Create a vcard or add contact from an e-mail

I wasn't 100% which outlook forum to post this in... so i picked general

I currently recieve e-mail from a server with information about a contact

I would like to auto convert this to a vcard or have it add a new contact,
without me having to copy and paste this information piece by piece into the
respective fields. I was wondering what would be the best way to do this and
if someone could point me in the direction to some resources.

Should I create a VB macro? or plug-in?

I am confident in my programming skills that I can do this... I just need
some direction. Any information or ideas you have, the help will be greatly
appreciated.

If it's for your personal use, a VBA macro would probably do fine. If it's for other people to use, an add-in would be the preferred solution.
