Create a Word Search Puzzle in Excel

I recently attended a Tips, Techniques and Shortcuts
course for Excel. The instructor showed an intriguing
feature...he created a Word Search Puzzle in seconds using
Excel.

May anyone direct me on how to create this puzzle? My
children are constantly tasked to make these puzzles for
school . I think this would be really cool for them to
use.
