Hello all,
I'm fairly new to web design but have created a website for my local
football team in Front Page 98 (please don't laugh too loudly!)
It's OK and does what I want apart from have a feature for making club
announcements (i.e. a noticeboard). I want to be able to post announcements
so when members click onto the noticeboard link, they upload onto the screen
for the viewer with the latest one at the top.
I've seen features like this on band websites where they date the entry,
announce who's written it and then write their blog but you can scroll down
the page to all the previous entries.
I already have a message board (which is supplied by a 3rd party free of
charge) but I don't want ny noticeboard to be open for all to contribute; it
should be just the webmaster (i.e. me) who can log in and upload the next
entry.
Does anyone have any idea how I can achieve this and if it's possible to do
this in Front Page 98? I'd really appreciate the advice as I haven't been
able to find anything over the last couple of months surfing around the web.
Many thanks,
Greg
