Create an Automatic PDF Archive feature when printing

Create an Addin placing a Box in the Print properties that would
automatically create an additional Archive Copy to be saved in a different
specifically identified file.

Lots of people, me included, are required to maintain an additional archive
copy of EVERY letter sent. If the program did it automatically, I wouldn't
have to go back, change the printer to a "pdf" file, and save a second time.

This should be easy.
