Create button on toolbar using company logo

Is there a way to create a toolbar button that displays my organisation's
logo without redrawing it using the button editor? e.g. importing a graphic
(JPG or TIF, etc.)

If the graphic is created using the required number of pixels, it can be
pasted. You'll need software capable of creating icon-sized graphics.
