Create Custom Color Schemes for InfoPath

The color schemes in InfoPath are great - with a single click you can modify
the look of a form while maintaining an attractive design. However, I would
like to create a custom color scheme that incorporates colors found in my
company's logo. This way, forms would have my "company color scheme", and
every time I create a new form I know I'm using the exact same colors. I can
currently create forms using my company's colors, of course, but without the
efficiency, color consistency, and flexibility of color schemes, this is a
laborous task.

Thanks for the advice, and while the solution is a little more involved than
just picking a color scheme, it is not unreasonable and I may consider doing
that for now. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I like the Extract Form Files
feature. It is very nice to be able to directly modify the xsl file, but
future maintenance is a complete nightmare - since if you change anything in
the design view, any changes made to the xsl will naturally be lost once you
do the Extract again. I would almost have to keep a document along with my
form detailing all the changes that need to be reapplied to the xsl if a
change is ever applied from the design view, which is pretty ugly.

Not every manual customization you make is lost when you roundtrip in the designer. A good portion of them are left alone. It takes some experimenting to find out which ones remain and which don't.

"If" you need something custom, you shouldn't be afraid to try making the manual change and see how it works. If it is lost during roundtrip, you can always try using a Preserve Code Block instead.
