Create Customer Appointment Calendar in Access

I am looking for open source code to show me how to develop customer
appointment calendar in Access database. Can some one please help me? Thank

There are sample reports at
http://www.invisibleinc.com/divFiles.cfm?divDivID=4. I am not aware of
calendar type forms that allow dynamic scheduling and are "open source".
dbi-tech has some very nice controls but you would need to buy them.
