Create Database Model Using Min-Max/Iso Model

I am working on a project (for school) and that project requires me to use
the Min/Max Iso Model to outline my database. Previously i accomplished this
using microsoft word. However slowly i am starting to lose my mind.

So i was hoping one of you knew of a way to make visio output a diagram
formatted as such.

Your drawing is in svg format and Visio does support it. The basic shapes
are the same as standard flowchart shapes, those are also supported. The
connector types are relatively simple and can also be created. If you don’t
already have a copy of Visio Professional you can download a trial copy to
try it out.

Visio is able to create a link that does look quite similar, but it is still
quite different in that there is no ways to get brackets around the
multiplicity info, and (0,n) is not a possible output.

Do you know of a way that would allow me to further improve this image, or
alternativly if there is a different program for modeling databases to the
iso standard.?
