Create distribution list from addresses in from and CC field in em

I want to create a distribution list of contacts in Outlook from the list of
addresses contained the the from and cc fields. For example, let's say I
recieved the following email message containing multiple addresses in the
header:

From: (e-mail address removed)
Cc: (e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed); etc.

Assuming none of these addresses are currently in my Outlook contacts, is
there a quick way to add all of them to an Outlook distribution list?

I'm not sure if this will work but it's worth a try:
Reply to all and copy all the addresses into Members of a new distribution
list.
