Create file on which event?

I am creating a .csv file for input to a peachtree accounting system. The
code is on rptInvoice where the Invoices are printed. I put it on the On
Page event but evidently that event triggers two times because I'm getting
two records for every Invoice printed. Which event is best to use in my
situation?
