Create form letter and envelope together

I remember being able to do this in the past, but now can't remember how I
did nor can I find where to go to do it anymore. We have just recently
upgraded to Word 2003. One of my users wants to do a mail merge for form
letters based on a database she has. That is no problem, the merge works
perfectly. However, she wants it to also create the envelopes at the same
time it does the letters. Like I say, we've done this in the past, but now I
can't recall how. Can anybody help me?

Thanks bunches!

Before you execute the merge, select Letters and Mailings from the Tools
menu and then go to Envelopes and Labels and select the desired type of
Envelope and click on the Add to document button. Then set up the necessary
merge fields in the envelope. You will need a fancy printer however for it
to accept what this throws at it. I would create the envelopes as a
separate mailmerge using the same data source.
