Create Hyperlink from Calendar date to Repeating form

I need to know how to create hyperlink on each day of my calendar that will
open a form for the user to fill out.

I've created a neat little daily event log and I would like to link it to
each day so the users can keep up with their events on one form instead of
one form for every day.

I hope I've explained my situation clearly.

I am not sure I am following you here. Your Calendar is in InfoPath, and
you are trying to open another IP form when users click on some hyperlink
within your first IP form?
