Create link to folder

Whitney

How can I create a hyperlink for the path to a folder or file in a folder on
a shared drive.

For example
N:\QA\Mastercopies\Assessment_Processing_06012008.xls

File Assessment_Processing_06012008.xls is on drive N, in folder
Mastercopies, in folder QA.

I would like to be able to email the link to have users open the file
instead of having them drill down into each folder.

Use the Web Toolbar in your Office application and copy the link from the
address window.
