Create multiple contact lists

How do I create multiple lists. I need two totally seperate lists on the
same system. Not just a distribution list. Is this possible?

You'd need to create an additional Contacts folder, and if you want it
to be available when choosing addresses for a new mail message, you'd
also need to enable that folder as an Outlook Address Book.
