Create New Project Using PDS Method

I am trying to Customize the Project Creation using PDS Methods
I want Automatically Create a Project and Assign a Enterprise template to that Project

Try using ProjectCreate method. It is available for Project Server 2003 and
has the parameter TemplateID.
