create one access form to enter data into different tables

I have 12 tables in one access dbl file can you use one form to enter data
into any of the tables, or do you have to make a form for each table

The number 12 raises warning bells. These aren't one table per month are they?
If so, you are going about this all wrong. You should not have multiple tables
with the same structures. It should all be one table with a field that
identifies what is different. Then it is trivial to use one form filtered to
look at any specific set of data.

If that is not your situation then disregard.
