I would like to create a rule that would automatically delete an email
that I send when there is a unique code in the body of the message
(plan to use my initials with two slashes a la "jf//".
I am using MS Outlook 2002 and while there is a delete action for
incoming messages, there is no delete action for sending messages. I
can choose to copy message to deleted items folder, but that is not
going to help me.
Some context for my info request: I will often send a final email to
someone to thank them for helping me with a particular request. These
"polite" emails do not need to be saved and it is very annoying to
have to manually delete them when I am cleaning up my sent items
folder.
