Create Outlook Stationery

I have a template I've created in Power Point and Adobe I would like to use
as email stationery in Outlook 2007. Is this possible and, if so, how?

It is probably not possible to get exactly the same look, because of
limitations in how Outlook renders HTML, but I've posted an article at
