Everytime I try to create an Outlook task from a note, it crashes
OneNote.

System: Windows XP SP1, Outlook 2003, SBS2003 running Exchange 2003

Is this a known bug?

I haven't seen that happen. Are you using OneNote SP1 or regular OneNote?

Regular OneNote. Same problem with all the machines in my network
(all XP Pro SP1, Office 2003, and SBS2003).

Works just fine in my home machine, though (same setup as work, but no
network domain).
