Create physical data model from ER visio diagram

Hi,

I have created a ER diagram in visio for my new database that I am
designing. Is it possible to directly create the database (along with
relationships) using this diagram. I know visio can reverse engineer and
diplay the tables and relationship in a diagram from existing database, but
can it forward engineer to create database tables and reltionships at the
backend from the diagram? If yes, is this a new feature in 2007 or can it be
done in 2003?

If you have the enterprise architect edition that comes with visual studio.
