Create shortcut to outlook form

I want to create a couple of different email templates (for phone messages,
standard replies etc) and put buttons to them on the taskbar or shortcuts on
the Outlook bar. I think it can be done but I can't find out how. I have
created a form which is OK for one of them but I can't see how to create the
button.

I have Outlook 2000.

Any suggestions?
