Adobe Acrobat creates a PDF "binder" to do this. Any way to do this in Word?

I'm not familair with Adobe's PDF binder but in word under tools there's the
option merge documents. A dialog box will open and you can then choose a
document to merge with. You'll then see that word has merged the documents
instead of joining them. Choose ignore changes in the reviewing pane. The
drawback is that you can only join one document at a time.

Depending on your version of Word, use (2003) Insert > File or (2007)
Insert > Object > Text from File.

LOL, totally forgot about that option. This is indeed the solution you're
looking for and allows you to insert multiple documents at once.
