create space between each outline item?

I'd like to have space between my outline items (all levels). Paragraph
spacing does not show in outline view. Actually, I'd like the spacing
between outline items transfer to normal view so I don't have to assign
manually at end of each outline item. Global assignment does not work
because a lot of my body text contain only 1 line. If I highlight all and
select format > paragraph and type a number in Spacing > After, the text
becomes spread too much vertically. It would be nice if it can just adding
space automatically between levels of text and leave body text alone in
Outline view, and the same spacing would retain in Normal view.

Any solution to my problem?

If you set up your outline using paragraph styles, you can
easily define paragraph spacing for the various levels.
(Body text paragraphs are not affected by this.) For more
