Create Stationary

Is there a way to create stationary. If so how or what other program is used.
I would like to create a custom ruled line stationary (not one of the
defaults). Any help would be great.

Take a look in OneNote's Help section, and do a Search for "create
stationery." There are several items listed, which include instructions.
As for ruled stationery, OneNote includes College Ruled when you select a
new page, and you can set that as the default if you want.

Thanks for the input Chris. I have tried what you suggested prior to posting
my question. I am trying to create a custom ruled line that is somewhere
between 1/4 and 1/5 spacing. The pre-configured ruled line pages will not
work and they do not allow for changing the spacing between lines.

As far as I am aware the creating of customised line spacing isn't
supported at the moment.
