create stationery for outlook

I would like to create a new stationery to use in Outlook. I can only find
stationery to download, none of which is as personal as I would like to make
my letter.

I know how to do it in word, but don't know how to save it so that it is a
'template' to be used in Outlook.

Ask your Outlook questions in an Outlook forum, where you will have a better
chance of finding people able to answer your questions.
