It sounds like you are wanting a menu with flyout or drop down submenu
items? If this is the case, then you will have to find some DHTML script or
other, and use the insert html code fragment tool to insert that script into
your page. There is no built in support for this in Publisher. I would
google for dhtml menus, or javascript menus, or drop down menus... There is
a lot of free script available, so just try the different ones until you
find something you like.
As far as creating the subpage itself, there are a number of approaches.
Perhaps post back and explain in more detail what you are trying to
accomplish and we can provide a better answer.
