Create Table

Hi,

I need to create Employee Table where Field Name is EmployeeID (Auto
Number), Field 2 Name OMP (operaton managar primary) Text, Field 3 OMS again
text. and OMP list of Employes is same as OMS.

I already have a list of Employes that i need to put in list that anyone
need not type they can just select from list provided in dropdown menu.

and also

Table Employee

Employee Id 1, 2 , 3 , 4...............
OMPrimary and OMsecendory should show me 1,2,3,4 as employe name but
when i select form or query It should show the Name of Person.

And how can i hide the column EmployeeID so that the other person can only
see two columns OMPrimary & OM secondary
