Create Task Pane in Outlook 2003 using COM Adding

Hi Friends,
Can anybody know the way to Create/Program Task Pane,Reading pane in
Outook 2003 using COM Adding?

Outlook COM add-ins provide no support for creating additional panes or modifying anything but the Shortcuts navigation pane.
