Create Template to Replace Automatically Generated one in Meeting

This I thought was a fairly easy question to answer, but in looking at the
OneNote Template threads, I just didn't see it asked... Perhaps it just
can't be done?

I have a number of people in my group that go into a meeting invite
(MSOutlook of course), and click on the OneNote icon to get an automatic
template. In this template, the good people of MS realized that there is
pertinent data from the meeting invite that automatically goes into the
template. The data is meeting name, date of meeting, Attendees, etc.... This
is very useful. The question I have is that I want to create a new template
that is associated with the OneNote icon in Meeting, but is set up
differently. (Detail: I want to change the title of Attendee to Invitee, and
create another line that has the title of Attendee).

It seemed straight forward, but I can't seem to get the data to "pull from"
MS Outlook Meeting, and secondly, I can't seem to associate a new template to
MS Outlook Meeting....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Donna,

The table OneNote creates for meeting notes can't be customized. The
workarounds would be to write an addin to change the string "Attendees" to
"Invitees" and add a second row to the table with the information you want.

Alternately, you could create an Outlook addin to do all that from the
meeting request. Unfortunately, neither one of these is all that simple...
