I am trying to create a document that will make use of pop-up boxes to
allow me to fill in the information for a form letter to create referral
letters to other physicans. I used to have this set up in Word 2000 but
in Word 2003, I can't seem to create a document or template that uses
the pop-up boxes to allow me to fill in spaces with the other doc or
patient names. It seems Insert>field>Ask does pretty much what I need
but Fill-In is better than ask. I don't understand how you get the
boxes to pop-up and allow you to fill in the fields after you open the
document. Is this a template or a regular letter? I have found next to
nothing that is a basic set of instructions to create a template.
Please help!!
