Create Timesheet with Tasks

We are still encountering the issue of tasks not being populated to
Timesheets when the timesheet is created. We've applied all the "patches"
thorugh December 2008 which i understood would include a fix to this issue.
Is there something else we need to do in order to get tasks (other than the
manual process to add lines) populated to timesheets?

An update - the creation of timesheets with tasks is working for someone else

Are you sure the resources have planned work for those tasks for the
timesheet period in question? Only then will the task be added
automatically when they create timeshet WITH TASKS. Also, make sure that is
the option they are choosing (is that your default setting?)

Thanks for the response and yes to both of your questions. The interesting
thing is it works for some but not all resources.
